Terms of Service

The terms for accounts, lifetime membership and use of IDEAVORA digital resources.

Review version · 26 October 2026

1. Introduction and acceptance

These terms describe the use of IDEAVORA and IDEAVORA ALL ACCESS. IDEAVORA is the public-facing name used throughout these terms. By using the platform, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These pages are review versions. Legal operator disclosures and a verified operator contact channel remain to be completed before commercial launch. Nothing here represents IDEAVORA as an incorporated company or replaces disclosures required by law.

If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept the applicable terms on its behalf. You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase contract; mandatory protections for consumers remain unaffected.

2. The platform and available content

IDEAVORA provides a Digital Resource Library, Learning & Guidance Academy, Licensing & Usage Rights area, Community area and Digital Tools Area. The library uses 19 categories. These areas may contain published resources, educational material, licensing information, private attachments and links to external resources or services.

Access covers content actually made available within the membership. A category or navigation item does not promise a minimum number of resources, a particular resource, individual coaching, an active external community, a third-party subscription, or a guaranteed tool discount. External services have their own terms and availability.

3. One-time lifetime membership

IDEAVORA ALL ACCESS is offered as a $79 USD one-time lifetime membership. There are no monthly or annual membership charges or automatic membership renewals. Applicable taxes and the total payable are disclosed by checkout before purchase.

Lifetime access describes continuing access under the purchased membership, rather than a recurring subscription. It does not guarantee that every individual resource, third-party link or component remains unchanged forever. The duration and implications of any permanent service discontinuation must be clarified before commercial launch; these terms do not establish a new expiry date or remove purchased rights.

Account registration and email confirmation alone do not activate paid access. Membership activation depends on trusted verification of a completed payment. A browser success message, payment redirect, failed payment or cancelled checkout does not establish entitlement. Live purchases are currently unavailable.

4. Accounts and security

Provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials confidential. Use the confirmation and password-recovery processes when needed. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account, subject to applicable law, and should report suspected unauthorised access through the operator contact channel once verified.

Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, transfer access without permission, or try to bypass membership or administrator restrictions. Do not submit payment passwords, full card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in support requests.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

You may access available resources for lawful purposes within the applicable membership and each resource’s licence. Review the Licensing & Usage Rights area and the individual resource terms before using material commercially or sharing it.

Do not use IDEAVORA for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, malware, unauthorised probing, automated scraping, or interference with security and service operation. Do not circumvent technical access limits or use another person’s account.

6. Intellectual property and downloads

IDEAVORA retains rights in its own software, documentation, design and branding. Resource authors and other rights holders retain their respective rights. Membership does not transfer ownership or grant blanket resale, redistribution, sublicensing or commercial-use rights.

Downloading a file or opening an external access link does not override its licence. Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share protected resources or private download links without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Private download links may expire and access may require an eligible signed-in account.

If you believe material infringes your rights, preserve the resource title, page URL and evidence of your claim. An operator rights-complaint contact must be verified before launch. Repeated or serious infringement may result in removal of material or restriction of access, subject to applicable law.

7. Paddle and payment terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For orders processed by Paddle, its Buyer Terms govern the payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics applicable to that transaction. IDEAVORA remains responsible for its platform and the applicable resource-access terms. The Refund Policy explains statutory rights and how to request review; it does not promise approval of every request.

8. Referral tracking

Eligible member referral activity may be attributed to a qualifying purchase. Self-referrals and duplicate attribution are not permitted. The platform records potential commissions at 25% of the membership sale price before sales tax and payment fees.

Recorded commissions are tracking entries subject to review, holds and reversals. No automated approval or payout service is currently implemented, and these terms do not promise a payout schedule, threshold or payment entitlement. Separate operational terms require completion before any payout programme launches.

9. Availability and changes

The service may be affected by maintenance, technical faults or third-party outages. IDEAVORA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Resources and links may be corrected, updated, replaced or removed where appropriate, including for licensing or security reasons.

Material changes affecting purchased access, or permanent discontinuation, must be handled consistently with the purchase contract and mandatory consumer protections. This clause does not permit arbitrary cancellation of lifetime rights or exclude remedies for failure to supply conforming digital content or services.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for material breach, serious or repeated misuse, fraud or security risk, or non-payment of a valid payment obligation. Refunds or chargebacks may affect payment-linked access when verified. Proportionate notice and an opportunity to resolve issues should be provided where required or practicable, except where urgent protective action is necessary.

Termination does not remove mandatory refund, complaint or data-protection rights. Account deactivation is distinct from erasure of all records; payment and referral records may remain subject to lawful retention requirements.

11. Educational information and liability

Educational material and tool information are general information, not individually tailored financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice. Verify suitability and seek qualified advice where needed. External offers and outcomes are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, IDEAVORA does not provide additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed results. No disclaimer limits statutory conformity guarantees or other non-excludable rights.

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. No arbitrary financial liability cap is introduced in this review version.

12. Consumer rights, updates and contact

Mandatory consumer protections, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content and services, take precedence over conflicting terms. No exclusive foreign court or choice-of-law clause is imposed by this review version.

Updated terms will carry an updated date on this page. Material contractual changes require appropriate notice and, where necessary, consent; posting a revision does not retroactively remove accrued rights.

For payment support, use Paddle’s transaction receipt or paddle.net. The operator’s own support and legal contact details must be verified before launch; this review version does not establish a verified operator address or mailbox.
