Refund Policy

Payment support, refund requests and consumer withdrawal rights for IDEAVORA membership.

Review version · 26 October 2026

1. Your purchase

IDEAVORA ALL ACCESS is a $79 USD one-time lifetime membership, not a monthly or annual subscription. Any applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. Live purchases are currently unavailable.

This review policy describes intended handling for orders processed by Paddle and does not represent a completed live purchase or an active money-back guarantee.

2. Applicable refund rules

For orders processed by Paddle, this policy refers to Paddle’s current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms for withdrawal and refund handling. Applicable statutory consumer rights override inconsistent commercial terms.

IDEAVORA has not established an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Paddle distinguishes statutory rights from discretionary refund review; requesting a discretionary refund does not guarantee approval. Its current policy provides a 14-day request window for discretionary review, separate from statutory entitlements. Consult the applicable Paddle policy and your receipt for your transaction.

There is no blanket exclusion of refunds for digital purchases. Any additional guarantee must be expressly agreed and accurately disclosed before it is offered.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for qualifying distance contracts, subject to the applicable rules. For digital content and service contracts, the relevant period generally begins at contract conclusion. Other countries may provide different mandatory protections.

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of the withdrawal right through early supply requires the legally necessary express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and required contract confirmation. Immediate account access, a download or an acceptance-of-terms statement alone is not assumed to establish those conditions.

Different rules can apply to services, including the conditions for full performance. A membership containing continuing services must not automatically be treated as a completed download. IDEAVORA does not claim that its current checkout has verified all conditions for a withdrawal waiver.

This policy does not restrict rights arising from missing withdrawal information, failure to supply, defects or non-conformity. Mandatory remedies can apply independently of a discretionary refund request window.

4. How to request withdrawal or a refund

Use the support or manage-transaction link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net and select the relevant refund or withdrawal option. For eligible EU transactions, Paddle’s policy describes a withdrawal option in its customer portal during the withdrawal period. Use an available alternative contact route if the option is absent and a statutory right applies.

Provide the email used for the purchase, transaction or order identifier, purchase date and product name. Describe the problem when relevant to the request. You do not need to give a reason when exercising an applicable unconditional statutory withdrawal right.

Never send full card details, security codes or account passwords. If you cannot find a receipt, Paddle’s payment-support service can help identify a charge. The operator’s own payment-issue contact channel must be verified before launch; no new mailbox is asserted here.

5. Review and processing

Paddle reviews requests under its applicable policies and mandatory law, and may seek information needed to identify the transaction or assess the issue. A request is not the same as an approved refund. IDEAVORA may need to help resolve an access or resource issue.

Where a statutory withdrawal applies, the applicable statutory reimbursement deadline governs. Paddle’s current policy describes reimbursement within 14 days of receiving an eligible withdrawal request. The time for funds to appear can also depend on the payment method and financial institution; no shorter universal processing promise is made.

Duplicate or unexpected charges, non-delivery and faulty digital content should be reported promptly. Failure of a discretionary request does not extinguish separate mandatory remedies.

6. Access after a refund or reversal

A verified refund or chargeback can affect the payment-linked membership and related referral tracking, subject to the scope of the reversal and applicable law. The platform includes provider-adjustment handling; a complete live refund-to-access flow still requires launch verification.

An unsuccessful or cancelled checkout does not establish paid membership and is not automatically a refundable settled payment. If your account remains inaccessible after a confirmed charge, seek payment support rather than paying again unnecessarily.

Because the membership is non-recurring, cancelling future subscription renewals is not the normal mechanism for this product. Use the refund or statutory withdrawal process that applies to the completed transaction.

7. Updates and mandatory protections

This page displays its review date. Policy changes must not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. Always preserve the receipt and applicable purchase terms. Nothing here limits a mandatory right to complain, withdraw or obtain remedies under applicable consumer law.
